I'm Ruby Aliason

Hi, my name is Ruby! I am currently a senior at the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. I am pursuing a BBA in Marketing and Finance with a certificate in Sustainability.

I’ve lived in Oregon, Oklahoma, California, and Hawaiʻi, but my study abroad experience in Aotearoa will be my first time living abroad. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to study abroad in Aotearoa, and I hope to gain transformative experiences that encompass both personal and academic growth. I am excited to be immersed in such a diverse and beautiful country, with the aim to develop a deeper understanding of New Zealand’s history, environment, and culture.
